My suggestions.

Here is a few suggestions i think would help the server alot:


Car dealer

Instead of spawning few vehicle types at LV airport, i suggest to
make a business out of it, instead. And also allow players to buy
more types of vehicles.

- This will increase the RP (which the server needs) and also make
a new biz, which is really positive to the server.


Ammunation

Delete some ammunation, and keep one open. Where you
need a weapon license to buy a weapon (not bullets). And
let Mafia's / gundealers take control over the illegal dealing
themselves.

- This would aslo increase the RP (alot) from the dealers side.
It would make ICly competition, which the server needs.


Mafia Factions

I would like to see few mafia faction deleted, so it would be more
competition between the last standing mafia's. And it would make it more realistic
same as it would be bigger mafia factions aka more RP in one faction.
And then at the end, you could choose to open more mafia factions if the
server player amount get's high enough.

And i'm tired of the Hotle's as HQ, i suggest to give the faction either their own Casino
or Resturante, or something in that direction. Some clubs is acceptable aswell, like Golf Club.


New Anims

The server got lack of Anim's available, you should add alot more.
And i like anims where you can do the anim, untill you stop it with RMB yourself.

- Would make it more fun, and nice to RP in diffrent situations.


Commands & Features

I would also like the server to have better commands and features.
Some of the things i got in my mind is:
- /Give [ID] [Weapon]
- /Frisk [ID] - The player would need to /accept frisk
- Delete the /laptop as it's just OOCly used anyways.
Rather make /members or /memberlist. And News + Backup is almost not used,
and i don't think they should be there anyways.
- /Drop [Item] to drop a weapon or something.
- Enable to use LShift to turn off / on the vehicle engine.
- /shakehand [ID] - the requested player will have to /accept shake.
- /changeclothes [slot ID] and /clothes to view all your slot ID's and which skins
who belongs in what Slot ID. You should be able to have around 4 skins. And when you
change skins, it should make your character pause, and take about 10 seconds.

Kill-list & Coloured names

I would like to see the Kill-list removed, as it brings up too much Metagaming.
Same with the coloured names. Though it's diffrent meanings about this, someone means
that this is what attracts players, i don't belive that. So i suggest to delete them, or vote
about it.

Skins

Make the skin class selection bigger, add the restricted skins from mafia faction. This will lead to less
metagaming aswell. The only factions who needs restricted skins is law enforement factions.

OOC event

The current OOC event we got now is the race, which is pretty old school. Most of us wan't something
new, and better. As it is a RP server, OOC event's should not be available to join all the time. But
this is a game and we play to have fun. So OOC event's is really fun, but not if you get it too much.
Some of my new suggestions for OOC event's are:
- Race, when a admin makes a race, you can /joinevent from whereever you are. And everyone one should spawn in
the same vehicle, so it would be fair. Unless donator's with Infernus would win all the time. (or atleast have a huge advantage)
- Last man standing, with deagles i prefer, but ofcourse. Other weapons would be good aswell.
